In addition to private guitar lessons, Dan also offers his guitar students a series of guitar workshops throughout the year to enhance, expand and enrich your guitar playing experience.

Combo Lessons

Combo lessons are an amazing opportunity for Dan’s students to overlap their lessons and play together under Dan’s guidance. Many students take the opportunity to work on musical performance projects together. It’s a fantastic way to develop the ability to give and take with fellow players and connect to a growing community musicians.

The Solo Performance Workshop

Anyone who has ever picked up a guitar has dreamed of playing and singing in front of a live audience, and Dan’s Solo Performance Workshop is the perfect opportunity to realize your dream. With the unique benefits derived from Dan’s guidance and direction, as well as the communal input of fellow guitar students, you can take valuable steps toward becoming the performer you want to be.

The Songwriter’s Workshop

The logical progression within learning to play guitar inevitably leads to songwriting, and Dan’s Songwriter’s Workshop gives his guitar students a framework to develop the craft of songwriting in a collaborative environment with Dan’s other guitar students.

Guitar Player’s Workshop

Playing guitar by yourself is fun. Playing guitar with another person adds a completely different and much deeper dimension to your musical expression. In the Guitar Player’s Workshop, you’ll develop your musical identity as Dan guides you through the process of becoming the complete musician. You will learn to integrate all the classic elements of rock and blues guitar, including rhythm, lead, improvisation and the ability to give and take with fellow musicians.
